Where can I get the optic and mcpcb for a quad S2+? I have made triples and I use that same driver.

Nice mod, the tint is really nice, I also have a DD 5700k 519A in an orange s2+ host but mine is single emitter, I tried with reflector and with a beaded tir I liked both.
