Some twosun slip joint (UK..) ts 241, ts197, ts 252, ts 123 (super slicer), ts 246. I think they are all ok with UK laws. Have a look at manly waps and comrade, availables in differents steels

I think a GEC Beer and Sausage would be a good UK collector’s piece. You’d probably need to search the knife swap for one though as I think they are discontinued

Spyderco Dragonfly II. In whatever loadout takes your fancy. Nothing is more useful and you have started the journey…

Try the brand Twosun. White Mountain Knives is a great dealer for them but US based. AliExpress and EBay have them though if you’re able to have them delivered. Not completely up to date on your laws over there lol. The quality is usually unbelievable though for the price. Most run around $80-100 and comparable to knives 3-4x as much in some cases. Hell, I’d sell you one for a decent price to get you started if you weren’t across the pond

Real Steel makes some great EDC slipjoints. Check out the Luna and Stella.

Honestly if you’re in the UK you’re probably better off asking in /r/SlipjointKnives. A few good ones to start your search would be Otter 3 rivets, Spyderco UKPK, Lionsteel slipjoints, SAK pioneer

I don’t know if they are legal in the UK but I adore moras. I have knives worth like 20 times as much as my mora but I still always bring my Mora if I think I’m going to be using my knife a lot
