I figured I would share this since I realized I had not done it. I’ve had this light back together for maybe a couple weeks or a month now. Really enjoy carrying it, it has a permanent spot on my nightstand.
I was lucky enough to convince somebody I know to throw this head on their lathe to open it up the 2 mm it needed to fit the new mcpcb and auxiliary board. If I was a smarter person I would have designed an auxiliary board like others have which also looks amazing. This seemed like the easiest option for me and I’m really happy with the way the light came out . Even the pocket clip serves as a perfect dual position clip for the size of the light.
This is a little less impressive now that Hank has released the v2 in green as well, but this original smooth body design still holds a special place in my mind.

Love it Artie. Especially the part about doing whatever needs to be done to get the job done.🔥🔥

That’s perfect. I’d mouth-carry that all day long.
