These scales make this knife damn near perfect. I have big hands and still the stock smooth 3D micarta/G10 feel bad and have hot spots. These squared off slim scales are perfect. I also have some slim fuzzy TeroTuf scales on the way for my 15v Shaman from Fireside’s 30% off sale.
