I have no honest idea. 2 looks like a bottle opener, but I already have another regular bottle opener on here. What are the original purposes of these?
1. Serrated blade. This is typically used for materials that plain edge blades can have trouble with.
2. Can opener. You use the sharp edge to puncture around the circumference of an aluminum can to open it. The tip may also be intended as a screwdriver.
3. Awl. This is used for piercing softer materials (usually cloth or leather). The hole in the awl is for sewing.
