Was looking to replace my EDC for the last nine years (SOG Fielder), so I picked up a CRKT Squid and Squid Compact. The compact was just way too small, and the regular was almost there, but I exchanged them both for the Squid XM which feels like just the right balance of weight and overall size. Right out of the package, the blade on the XM is sharper than the other two. Very happy with this decision so far!
