Adventure sworn explorer in 3V and ironwood. Was wondering if y’all knife knuts had a good solution on how to bring this g-10 liner back in full contact with the tang—first pricey fixed blade so tryna ruin it from the get go. I reached out to the company since it’s unused and I found the gap while I was cleaning and oiling the knife but I haven’t heard back so was hoping to get some advice from the community!

**Official answer**: you can drill out the rivets (they’re likely cutlers rivets), remove the scales, sand the inside end completely flat, and put everything back together with new rivets. Then you’d have to sand everything flush again and re-finish any scratches.

**Unofficial answer** – get some really thin epoxy inside there, and clamp it together until it cures. You’ll probably want to mask everything off so you don’t get epoxy all over the outside of the handle.
