I designed and 3D printed this tiny pen.
It uses a Lamy m22 refill because it has a much larger ink capacity than D1s or other mini refills. Folded length is just 69mm (2.72 in) and about double that when opened up.
I was sick of using other mini pens and getting hard cramps. This one feels like a normal pen when writing but still fits nicely in my pocket with a post it note size book.
