My grandfather recently died and left his knife collection to me. I’m the only other family member that carries a knife, and knife skills are part of the legacy he left me, so they are special to me. I’m not a traditional guy, I like the modern stuff (I carry a pm2 or a mora for heavier work). But I do want to know more about these knives. The more beat up ones have been carried on 4 continents over almost 50 years (in the late 90s he started exclusively carrying the victorinox swisstool). And the fixed blade he was very excited about but I don’t know why, my grandma bought it for him as a Christmas present. I don’t know if the maker was important or if making my grandma happy was what was important but he was excited. The Jefferson knife I had never seen before, and google is showing many different Jefferson knives. Any help is appreciated. I’d like to make a display of them with maybe a little tag about each knife Here are some details on the knife A Camilus New York USA on one side and “1” on the other B Case xx on one side and 231 ½ on the other (picture provided) C old timer D Case XX USA on one side and 6375 CV on the other E broker tree brand 2020 on the blade F Jul Herbertz Rostfrei 440 214410 G Case “tested XX razor sharp edge” on blade 6318 on sheep’s foot blade
