I’m a bit of an electronics nerd, and I also have a laser engraver/cutter. I like to combine these hobbies by making [little LED night lights](https://imgur.com/yiNv3FO) among other things. I bought some LEDs which turned out to be way too bright for these. I fitted some into the turn signals on my motorbike, because the original ones sucked, and then I figured, why not make myself a little light?
So, one Lithium battery, one charger PCB, one 10Ω resistor, one switch, and one of the LEDs. Stick it all in a little box and here we are. It’s surprisingly useful, although I wouldn’t use it for anything serious.
