I consider this unit to be very nice and despite it being more of a gadget than a real tool, I decided to treat myself and buy it.
I already knew all the problems it has (lack of liner locks, clumping, cheap construction…) but what I didn’t expect was such an obvious quality failure. I cannot even open a beer with it!
Should I directly return it to Amazon or contact Gerber first so they are aware?
