So i want to buid my own flashlight but i can’t find a TIR lens with the same size as the lens of Sofrin IF19, IF22A or Wurkkos Ts11, what I can find is the lens of LED luxeon and is quite small in size so I want to ask if anyone Do you know where I can find TIR lenses with the same size as the flashlights above?

Did you try to ask Sofirn for spare TIRs? Also, if you can flex your requirements, Convoy got several TIR options including bigger ones, for M21H flashlights — I’ve got some of them (those that are compatible with FC40/XHP70.3):

Alternatively, you can try to find TIRs with the required dimensions on AE.
