I have been on the lookout to replace my dad’s favorite machete. He has an old Gerber Gator Brush Thinner curved machete that was made in Finland that he loves it because of the size good Finnish construction and the curved blade.
I see that it is almost impossible to find a Gerber machete that isn’t made in China. And all the new Gerber Gator machetes that he has tried are lower quality.
I am looking for recommendations of a a Finnish made curved machete that has general dimensions of around 9” blade and 19/20” over all. Thank you.
