Hi all, I am wondering if anyone has had experience getting the spyderco bug through TSA? I am traveling soon and would like to know if I need to leave this bugger at home? What was your experience?

Why is this even a question. It’s a knife, leave it at home.

There’s a *chance* that it gets through. If they see it though, it’s not going through. No knives in any size / configuration are allowed.

If you really must have it, you can likely bring it in a checked bag.
Otherwise it’s not something they will let you bring if they see it.

I was traveling recently and saw some guy almost get arrested for having a pair of tiny medical scissors, I wouldn’t risk it.

I’ve never had an issue, flown with it on my keys in my pocket at least a dozen times.

They took my key knife about 10 months ago.
