Want to buy my first Emisar but I’m lost with emitter selection and other options. On YT found nothing particular. Any source to figure out all these options? Thank you all

If you just want a flood light, get the Nichia 519A 5000K Domed. It has nearly 100 CRI (which means it’ll show colours very accurately), neutral tint with no shift at all. It’s really the perfect emitter and you see many people using it.
Edit: I’d go with raised retaining ring (so the light won’t accidentally activate in your pocket and burn anything), magnet in the tailcap and a stainless steel bezel. I’m not educated enough on the optics so hopefully somebody else can help you with that instead. Though I think the default one is great.
