Finally got it to where I wanted it.
Added the Kizer deep carry clip and that alone made a difference. Then I stumbled across Practical3DP on Etsy who made “liner delete” aluminum scales that get rid of about half the weight after removing the steel liners. On top of that I asked for their Burned Bronze cerakote to dress it up a little more.
If you have the extra cash and want to upgrade your FG this is the way to go! Seth from P3DP had incredibly fast response time and was very easy to work with when I asked to change my order. Give him your monies!
