Very cool little lights. Wanted to try out the W1 in its different colours and figured this was the cheapest reasonable way to do so. I think the Hank KC1 might be cheaper, but these are way more practical.
Speaking of practicality, I considered getting these LEDs C8+ hosts instead. Not _that_ much more expensive. But this way I can reasonably easily carry goofy RGB torches with me, even if the throw isn’t maximised with the small reflectors in these.
I quite like these so far. Also got one with 5700k 519A, because you can’t have too much 519A in your life. And one with the SST-20DR to see what that’s like. Can confirm, it’s insane. Makes the W1 red look orange!
If anyone has any comparisons or beamshots they wanna see, feel free to ask. I want as many excuses to play around with these lights as I can get lol
