I went to an omakase place recently and these were the knives that the chef used. They looked pretty awesome so out of pure curiosity I’m wondering if anyone has any info on these.

- F style Hunter with ADS damascus blade and matching bolsters. Mammoth ivory for scales. Ti screws and a cool pivot pin. The sheath is tooled leather with a very soft pig skin lining. OAL is 9 inches and the blade is 4 1/8
