What are these staines?

I had this WorkPro multitool for a couple of weeks or so and I noticed some sort of rust in some parts of it, it’s not that clear in the photo but these staines are more likely on screwdrivers and on the lock mechanism for the knife. I’m not sure if that’s rust or not (I really hope not), you know what that is, it’s normal and, if it’s rust, how can I remove it?
