As the title says, I work for commercial construction and need to work a lot above ceilings and sometimes need to point at certain things to other people. Was looking into this light i saw on amazon and was wondering if anyone has gotten this one before or if you might have a different option. Any help is appreciated TIA

The Wurkkos HD01 is good alternative if you don’t need the UV. Has a white/RGB side light instead, and a somewhat better laser (I tested at 2mW vs 1mW for the Arkfeld Pro (US version), and USB charging rather than magnetic, but a slightly lower battery capacity and output on the main LED. I have both, I prefer the UI on the HD01, but the Arkfeld’s is simpler, so depends on preference.
I reviewed the HD01 [here](https://wolfgirlreviews.com/review/wurkkos/hd01/), for the Arkfeld’s I’d recommend [ZeroAir’s review](https://zeroair.org/2023/10/24/olight-arkfeld-pro-edc-flashlight-review/).
That’ll do the job. If you want to save some room, the Arkfeld (non Pro) is just white+laser, is a little smaller and slightly less expensive, but has a weaker laser. Not to be confused with the Arkfeld UV model which is white+UV with *no* laser.
A direct competitor is the Jetbeam E26. Very similar, but has a tail switch and USB-C charging rather than Olight’s proprietary charger.
The green laser on the Arkfeld Pro and E26 are the same; 5mW 520nm, and perform pretty well.
If you can wait, Olight often has sales on their website, and you can save a few bucks.
That’s a great light but there’s a version without the UV if you don’t need it. I would encourage keep an eye out for our sales announcement that will be happening very soon.
