Hey there everyone! I am more well versed in the balisong world, but my buddy just offered to sell me this lot at a pretty decent price.

Can anyone chime in if this is a good deal or not?

How are we supposed to know if it’s a good deal or not if we don’t know how much he is wanting?

The “goodness” of the deal entirely depends on the price that you left out. No way of knowing what you perceive as a decent price.

  3. $650? For the stuff in the photo? I would not take it if I were you. The items don’t reach the asking price, and its second hand

  4. $650 is only a good deal if you actually want each and every one of them. If not, then you gotta be willing to spend the time to sell some of them.

If he offered them to me I would consider them at around $400, if I really liked him I may do $500. I’m not seeing anything of particular interest or value in the lot, but that’s my eyes and you may see something different.

Edit: They all seem like fine knives, so that’s a lifetime of knives.

no wonder he want to get rid of them, i wouldnt buy that, if you want specific knives go for it but otherwise its a 🤢 deal

$100 for all the Leathermans but the rest is shit

I love the m16 knives in the bottom left, and the buck is of course great

  9. Definitely not worth $650. I’m pretty sure you could buy all these at retail price for less than $650 lol

  10. Honestly there’s not a lot of value there in terms of buying on the secondary. About 150-$200 is all I’d offer especially in this incredibly soft resale market even if looking like most of them are brand new/ light carry.
