I would defo say a flashlight it has what looks like too much knurling for a pen, not sure what model it is but the Acebeam rider rx is the same size as that, or if you want a bit smaller the Acebeam pokelit
I would be more interested in knowing how to find that pouch. If someone has a brand name or something please let me know

As others have said. Ledlenser. Definitely a core due to the red rail cap. Most likely the 3
