After 4 years of everyday use the zipper of my chums wallet broke off. Served me well and I’m honestly surprised it didn’t break sooner. I’ve been looking around for a different wallet, but might just end up with another chums wallet since it served my needs well over the years.

Oh, cool. I thought you were going to complain it should have lasted longer. I guess I’ve been spending too much time in r/Costco. Now I want to visit the Chums website!

Love mine.
Such a simple but great design. Hard to beat for 10-16$ too.
Genuine question, what is considered hard use for a wallet?
I’m interested to see how many people remove the key ring. I was determined to keep mine on as it creates a loop for fishing it out of my edc pouch, but I found that it just made it easier to shove the strap down that outside pocket.
I recently replaced my wallet with over 10 years of daily use. It was made of used (couch) leather. Too bad these petroleum based wallets aren’t getting much life before heading to the landfill.
