Just received my custom Buck 113 in Magnacut with elk handles earlier than expected—arrived in 2 weeks instead of the quoted 4-6. It’s a fantastic knife: sharp, with even edge grinds, and the sheath is high quality. However, the handle has noticeable issues. This is my fourth Buck knife with similar problems, and for the price, the uneven sanding on the handle and the large scratch are unacceptable. I’ll reach out to Buck customer service again, though it’s not a huge deal. Has anyone else noticed quality control issues with Buck knives lately?
