Recently received the X4 Stellar and so far I’m really impressed. It’s my first time trying out the FFL emitters and this 3700k version is beautiful. I’m using the 10 degree clear optic as I prefer a more throwy beam and it works great. Will try the 15 degree optic aswell to see how that does.
It’s become an instant favourite for me as it combines an excellent size, build quality, driver and various optics for the ideal beam.
Beamshots are comparisons between the X4 Stellar 3700k with the 10 degree clear optic, the Acebeam E75 nichia 5000k and Acebeam P18.
Camera settings were the same for each shot with white balance locked to 4800k.
Sustain on max ramp is good but being a small light it heats up fast on turbo as expected.
With the 10 degree clear optic installed it throws slightly further than the Acebeam E75 which is quite impressive for such a small 21700 light.
Will be picking up a few more versions in the near future.
