Are Rockwalls normally hard to open?

I know the video makes me look all puny and weak LOL I promise I have no issues opening most knives this one is just weird. I swear I’ve handled rockwalls in the past that weren’t this stubborn. I can’t slow roll it open, have to dig my nail under it to flick it open. Not super comfy way but it works I guess.
Seems like a detent issue, I bet you could get a replacement.
