It all started with wk30. It was an interesting flashlight, but I got rid of it due to its shortcomings, and then, when I realized that there was nothing better on the market, it was already discontinued.
Then, when the dl07 appeared, I immediately ordered it, because it had a very similar concept, but it is expected that it cannot be any replacement, since it only has very bright modes.
I also have wk40, but it doesn’t have UV, so it doesn’t count.
And when the dl08 was released, I immediately ordered it and was not disappointed. Although the light here is not ideal either, it is not frankly terrible and is probably quite suitable for underwater conditions.
+There are many light modes, including moonlight;
+ Really concentrated beam of “far” light;
+660 nm;
+21700 and built-in charging;
+Convenient switching between types of light.
-Lack of a clip (I know it’s a diver’s, but with a magnet and a clip it would be an incomplete EDC);
-I would like smaller dimensions and this could be achieved;
-Not the best UI.
I made a small measurement and within 30 minutes after the thermal stepdown, the brightness did not decrease at all, which indicates the presence of regulation on at least two white channels.
Although objectively dl08 is better, I like both lights.

*artifacts are present in the beam of both lights, but on the dl08 they are not noticeable when in use
