I use a zippo with the butane insert. It doesn’t leak anything.
I have the yellow flame and torch and they both make my zippo so much better
I’ve got that exotac. I haven’t noticed any leaking and it’s sat months at a time in my bag without use. The only problem I’ve had is overfilling, and that’s my fault.
I had the peanut lighter version of this and it leaked like a mf
