Hello, I’m looking for opinions or possible advice with a knife I’m working on. I’m making my needles edc knife out of an old Nicholson file, it’s a quarter inch thick steel and it feels pretty good in the hand as is with a little bit more shaping to do. I was going to glue on some beautiful spaghetti white oak handles but I’m tempted to leave the handle metal. The knife shape is inspired by freehill blades and he recently made two all steel knives that I really like and I’m tempted to go that route. The knurling from the file is comfortable and provides a good grip. Please give me your thoughts!
