Most of my knives are OTFs or show pieces, so I decided to get something a little cheaper for daily use instead of constantly having a $250+ knife on me. I like things that are off the beaten path as far as looks go. Decided on this Civivi Biophase. It was on sale for 20 bucks off. Regular ones are Nitro V blades and about another $20 cheaper. Went with Damascus and an aluminum and carbon fiber G10 handle. It’s skeletonized and super light, even with a 3.48″ blade. First button lock knife I’ve owned. The rest are either frame lock or automatic OTFs. Not sure if I’m a huge fan of the button, but the deployment is butter smooth and the fit and finish are fantastic for a knife under $100.
