Looks fake to me. don’t recognize the blade shape and the pivot screws are completely off.
The CPM 20CV looks wrong and the pocket clip has torx and a real hinderer uses Phillips, which is funny because torx is better. I’d lean towards this being fake.
Pivot also looks wrong as well
Totally fake. Blade and fasteners are wrong.
