Recently rediscovered this break action 16 gauge in a home I inherited. I used to EDC it and it took many squirrels over the years. The only visible markings are pictured. Looking to ID the make and model if possible. Any information is appreciated.

H&R Arms, possibly a [Topper M48](https://brdhntr.com/2014/07/12/hr-topper-m48/)?
Definitely an H & R make but not sure of the model.
How can you EDC a Shotgun?
