Picked up a mini arius made in the same year and month my son was born to give to him when he gets older. I looked through the sub for the best long term storage options and the only relevant post was a crk with wood handles so storage options are quite different. So what would be the best way to store the knife? I was thinking a light coat of mineral oil on the entire knife, wrapped in acid free archival tissue paper and vacuum sealed but i also heard long term storage in oil could stain. Thanks for any help

I’d put some silica gel packets in there too, depending on the humidity of your area. I like Renaissance wax for long term storage
