This is my second sp36 pro. The first one was 6500K and I gifted it after realising I wanted the neutral white. The 6500K had a nice round even beam, at all brightnesses and distances. This is a reasonably close wall picture, the clover shape is hugely exaggerated outdoors. I contacted sofirn via aliexpress and they said this is “just the shape of the optics”. I’m going to return it.
Open to suggestions of another soda can style light, not looking for overly high lumens. Just wanting something with large battery capacity for lasting power in case of multiple night camping or emergency situations. Would also like to be able to change a phone from it in an emergency. Not going to be used that regularly, so budget conscious
