Screw is just gone. This knife has never been disassembled, adjusted, or in anyway modified. Even if I somehow find the screw I don’t have the driver to replace it. Suggestions on where to go from here would be much appreciated.

Either search the ebay for same screw and bit that goes with it, use any other screw that fits or or send it to Microtech for a fix.
What else could you possibly do?
