My uncle has enlisted me to help him recreate his favorite knife. Here are the details:
“This was your great granny’s knife. It was given to her by the manager of Nathan’s in Coney Island, for letting uncle Bob, a teenager at the time, work a lot of hours. I want to get the exact knife re-made in stainless steel. Same specs- weight, thicknesses, etc. I figured if anyone could find out how I can do this, it would be you. “
