Today I purchased my personal grail knife, the Benchmade Osborne 940-1. I first laid eyes on this knife in 2019 when I was just getting into knives. Back then, I purchased a Spyderco Delica, my first “real” pocket knife. I set my sights on the 940-1 as a “someday” knife. Last year I completed grad school and started my career. The 940-1 has surpassed my expectations. Mine came with a sharp, even grind and near-perfect blade centering. I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase and look forward to carrying this masterpiece for a long time.
