   Hogue is high quality, but I’ve simply never loved anything they’ve produced to a degree that made me want to buy one. Frankly I’d rather have a Hinderer or ZT or Benchmade. Hogue is like Emerson for me. I know it to be quality and worthy of any collection, but I simply don’t care for them aesthetically speaking.

   Just took apart the Deka to change scales. The build quality is so much better than BM. Fewer screws, smoother mechanism, bigger washers…everything is better.

    I really don’t like either tbh. But the deka has an amazing look
