Quite pretty, I think mine is the gray MAO finish. I originally wanted a white one, however now that this is in my hands, I think the gray looks nicer.
Relatively small for what it is. Generally speaking, lights in this category are fairly larger. With that, you get better heat dissipation, and maybe a better battery system. However, I’m not complaining with 20k lumens, damn good throw and 3x 21700’s in series.
The build quality feels great. Love the MAO coating, and was surprised by the black steel bezel and retaining ring for the main switch. As someone who hasn’t touched zirconium, I almost thought it was zirconium lol
Cons:
Smooth reflector. Mine came with a smooth reflector which isn’t the worst thing in the world, but I much prefer OP reflectors, as there are less artifacts with those.
Lack of built in charging. Kinda sucks I can’t just plug this guy into a wall and have it charge. I know the built-in battery pack version has this feature, but with the removable 21700’s you lose out on that. I wish it was built into the threading of the tailcap or something, I would have loved that feature even if it means lengthening the tailcap a bit to cram it in there.
