That’s going to need at least two bandaids.

Been there, had surgery 2 weeks later to attach tendon I cut through.

Hope you heal quick and can manage the pain. Lots of stitches to get removed.

  3. Trigger2015F350

Well, did you cut any tendons? Looks like you’re having surgery if so.

  4. T_A_C_T_B

Ah fuck, I think that’s gonna need to get stitched. I hope it heals easily man

Oh man I was flipping a big ass survival knife one time (dumb I know, I was like 15-16) and it landed directly on my thumb and severed a tendon, that thumb will never be as mobile as it was even after physio, doc said the thumb could’ve come clean off and since the doctors fucked around for like three days before they reattached my tendon they said, as they’re putting me under mind you, that they might have to amputate

Won’t hurt that bad today… tomorrow will be something else.

  10. Goddamn bro. That looks hurting. I once put a drillbit into my stomach and had to reverse it off my skin. Took 30 stitches to put my stomsch back togethrt. It was a 5/8 wood bit , it slipped off the wood and jumped into my stomach. So i feel ya man .injuries suck. Luckily i was compensated for my time off.

  13. Jdrebel83

Well fuck, that looks shitty. Hopefully everything heals up fine and will be good as new.

Just yesterday I slit my thumb cutting rope. I was using my normal knife and I switched to a new one with a back edge. I put my thumb on the spine and cut it. It’s always the simple things that get you.

  15. FrostyPollution4186

I did that with a karambit taking it out of the sheath. Still don’t have feeling on the inside of my thumb

  16. DoyleOnlyMcPoyle

Fuck! Was there any nerve or tendon damage?

  17. Solocaster1991

I don’t even understand how it cut all the different angles it did

  18. PhoenixGER

We need information about the knife and the sharpening methods used.

  19. Dickinablender96

Bet you won’t make that mistake again.
