Anyone watching The Last of Us on HBO? S1E8 just dropped and Joel’s badass Buck makes a big appearance. Buck Knives, Buck 119 Special Knife Black Phenolic with Aluminum Pommel/Guard, 10.5” overall, 6” blade, 420HC steel, clip blade with cool blood groove, classic aluminum guard and pommel.
Finally a show/movie where someone carries a decent knife
Dude I literally read this and went online and ordered a 119.
Just watched tonight and clocked that Buck too. One knife I kind of always wanted but never really had a use for. I guess now I know what to do with it if I live to see the zombie apocalypse.
Nice. I was watching this episode with my wife tonight and I said, “that’s a Buck 119″… she just looked at me funny and carried on lol. Came here to see if any other knife needs posted 👍
Noticed that in one of the first few episodes, even sheathed away the 119 is iconic. A fitting knife for Joel too I think.
