Hey guys,
I know there are some really skilled modders in this community. They’re not a great value but for some reason I’ve always really liked these [maratac titanium lights](https://shop.opticsplanet.com/maratac-rev-5-mini-flashlight-aaa-ti.html?_iv_code=P16-FL-MARAAATI-AAATIREV5AAATIFLASHLIGHT).
What I hate is the Cree XP-G3 emitters, it’s literally the worst. I’ve emailed Mike over at county com several times asking for a simple Nichia emitter of any kind in these lights, and after waiting for what seems like a fucking **eternity**, it doesn’t sound like it’s ever going to happen.
I think the pill is glued in, so it’s probably a pain in the ass, but has anyone in this group successfully modded one of these?
