I’ve had this lovely fella for ages. Maratac, tab on a single AA battery, two light modes – one dim enough for reading an address off a delivery order, the other bright enough to light up a house front from the car (window down first or the glare blinded you instantly). Waterproof to some extent, aluminum body, not sure the lumen count. Was perfect back when I was delivering pizza. Sadly, a few years ago a battery exploded in it and apparently fried the switch, and despite several attempts I never resurrected the thing. I’m looking for a replacement. Looking to keep the size, the brightness modes or similar, doesn’t need to run on AA’s anymore though 😝. Hoping to keep under $100 but could be convinced otherwise. What do you recommend?
