- F style Hunter with ADS damascus blade and matching bolsters. Mammoth ivory for scales. Ti screws and a cool pivot pin. The sheath is tooled leather with a very soft pig skin lining. OAL is 9 inches and the blade is 4 1/8

Don’t know if it’s based on a historical design, but the pistol-style handle indicates combat-aimed to me. Very cool looking piece!

Reminds me of an Indonesian (Sulawesi) knife called a Badek (or Badik)… Might be made in the style of one, or a similar style knife from that region…
Used as a fighting knife, for example in certain styles of Pencak Silat.
