This is my first ever buck knife and I just bought it today. I’d like to know how I can carry this without it being obvious what I got.

Horizontal sheath, worn @ your 6. Maybe double check your knife carry laws.
Where I am I believe it’s legal to carry any sized fixed blade you’d like as long as it’s an open carry. It would become illegal if you concealed a fixed blade or it’s handle.
