Just bought a Sofirn Q8 plus and Molicell p45b 21700s. Does it make a difference charging them via the usb C port on the flashlight or charging in a dedicated charger?
Just wanting to know whether it’ll be better for the batteries or the flashlight to charge them while inside the flashlight or in a separate charger.
Both should charge them to about 4.2V, the dedicated charger might be faster, but I don’t know your model. There shouldn’t not be much difference, except if one or more of the cells are a very different voltage than the others, I would just keep the 4 of them in the light.
