I’m looking for a large kitchen knife like this, I know Old Hickory / Ontario has a 14 inch butcher knife but it’s carbon steel.
I’d like to find one that’s stainless if possible

Do Morakniv do knives this size?
Struggle with Ontario as they gone bust so if you want one get it fast. As for stainless, it’s basically a butchers knife so check catering suppliers.
To me, that looks less like a kitchen knife and more like a small machete. Something like these:

Thanks for tbe replies everyone, while searching I found that Victorinox 40138 is similar but it’s discontinued.

The form reminds me of a Germanenmesser (I think they are can also called bull nose).
