   You men a real knife from Buck? Yeah it looks like one. Legit as an actual knife? Also yes.

   However, the steel is not that great. Buck does a good job with the heat treatment but it’s not a tough or durable steel compared to many others.

   My favorite steel for fixedblades are, in order from budget to premium/high end: 80CrV2, 14C28N, CPM 3V, and CPM Magnacut.
