Generally a bit more heavy than I like but so classic. I generally only carry larger folding knives if they have a one hand opening capability and a pocket clip but I am a bit old fashioned in ways so these are good for me.

They make different levels of these this is one of the better ones. I’d like the switchblade version but switchblades over 2″ are illegal in my state.

I also have a Case Trapperlock with white bone handles it has a thumb stud and pocket clip but looks so old. My dad had the stag version but I usually don’t like carbon steel blade pocket knives.

I love the classic yellow handles on Case knives but at the time the Trapperlock did not come in stainless blade and yellow scales. Schrade made/makes a similar more reasonable priced version with the Staglon fake stag handles I gave one to a friend.

I like the 110 Sport. I think it’s a solid compromise of the classic styling and ergos with modern materials and features. I’m glad it’s gotten a full release, as most pocketable 110’s (aside from slims) only get a limited release and aren’t as attainable without good timing.

I used to have a 112 Sport. It’s just a little smaller than a 110 sport. Loved that knife. I only let it go because I ended up getting other things that took more pocket time than the 112 sport. I’m glad Buck makes them.
