I was tired of the jingle jangle.
Cut the leather on a 60W laser. Skived down to about 1/8”. Beveled and burnished the edges. Dyed the whole thing walnut. And finished with some dyed thread. Countersunk the hole so the screw won’t get caught on my pants. Had to drill out some of my keys (and my usb drive) so they can fit on the fastener.
Trying out this Japanese fish hook clip. Nervous because it looks nowhere as secure as my nightize lockable carabiner. It is nice how much faster I can take my keys out and it looks COOL. We shall see if my vanity is worth it.
